"I had the pleasure of staying in the suite at Hotel Rumi Punku for seven nights and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable and meaningful hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel itself is charming—full of character, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located—but it’s the people who make it truly special.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. The daily breakfast was generous and delicious, and the coffee was absolutely amazing. But what really stood out was the extraordinary kindness and compassion shown when I became seriously ill within the first 24 hours—from altitude and a respiratory infection. Without hesitation, the staff contacted a doctor for me, ensured I had the care I needed, and went far beyond what anyone could expect. They even brought me Pedialyte without being asked and ran out to get soup when I mentioned needing something nourishing.
Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine concern were deeply touching. Whether you’re visiting for adventure, rest, or something in between, Hotel Rumi Punku is more than just a place to stay-it’s a place where you are truly cared for. I’m so grateful for the experience and cannot recommend it more highly."

"This is the third time I have stayed at the Hotel Rumi Punki. The first two times in 2011 and 2012 and now for the third time in November 2023. And I have to say, the quality has remained as it was. A very nice, well-coordinated team and a family atmosphere make this hotel special. The manager Jesus Davilla is the pillar of the hotel and is still in office after 12 years. I stayed at the Rumi Punku for 12 days and received a welcome basket of fruit, even though I hadn't been there for 11 years. But at Rumi Punku you don't forget. A volleyball game with the whole team brought me closer to the hotel team. After that, everyone knew me by name. The reception helps in all situations, can recommend tours and restaurants and is always helpful in every situation. Therefore, I would stay at the Rumi Punku again in Cusco at any time. It is also very conveniently located near the San Blas district with many restaurants, as well as near the central square Plaza de Armas and the famous Inca fortress Sacsayhuaman."

"A beautiful hotel for a reasonable price!
It is in a great location near Plaza de Armas and many choices for shopping, from boutiques to chain stores to souvenir shops. The street itself has everything you need, including highly-rated bakeries and restaurants, drugstores and markets, laundry services, etc., and the hotel has a 24-hour guard to ensure the safety of the hotel guests. The breakfast was light but plentiful and had more than enough to satisfy your hunger. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.
We stayed in a Superior Double Room, and it was spacious and clean, and surprisingly quiet!
You can also store your luggage here if you plan to stay after a hiking/trekking experience."

"Mi novia y yo disfrutamos mucho del hotel que elegimos para nuestra noche de bodas. Realmente fantastico y acogedor.
Escogimos este hotel por su diseño y arquitectura, para tener una estancia romantica y no nos equivocamos.
La suite reservada tiene una cama king size, jacuzzi y una sala de star.Perfecta para una escapada romantica.
El diseño del hotel nos permitiò tener una adecuada sesion de fotos Los cuadros son muy bonitos.
La ubicaciòn es excelente, se encuentra cerca del Barrio Tradicional de San Blas y cerca a la Plaza de Armas.
Una experiencia que quedara en nuestra memoria
